Dulles Technology Center

HERNDON, VA

Pictured is Dulles Park Technology Center, designed by URS and located immediately adjacent to the Dulles Toll Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. The project is a joint venture of Metropolitan and KOLL Development Company. The 182,000 sf, five-story building includes floor sizes of 36,700 sf and maximum capacity for fiber optics, power supply and parking. The U.S. Department of the Interior is a long-term tenant of the building.

11111 Sunset Hills Road

RESTON, VA

Designed by URS and immediately adjacent to the Dulles Toll Road in Reston, Virginia, 11111 is the sixth major suburban office development by Metropolitan.

The project is a joint venture of Metropolitan and KOLL Development Company. The 216,000 sf five-story building includes floor sizes of 44,500 sf and maximum capacity for fiber optics, power supply and structured parking. The project was completed in October of 2000. The project is now occupied by IBM.

Herndon Corporate Center

HERNDON, VA
