FloorExpo / Home Depot

Metropolitan contracted to develop the seven acre site strategically located on Interstate 66 in the summer of 2000. After determining the project’s physical configuration, financial model and strategic development plan, Metropolitan negotiated a build to suit for FloorExpo to provide complete development and construction services for their Virginia sales and distribution hub. The project was completed in fall of 2002.
