STYLE AND PUBLIC HEALTH COMING TO DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE
Redwood Campus Center features single-occupancy residences, enhanced air filtration, and lots of amenities
Real estate investment and development company, Metropolitan, will open an innovative
new apartment community engineered for the post-COVID world with single occupancy residences,
enhanced air filtration, and increased elevator-to-resident ratios. The Redwood Campus Center at 300
West Redwood Street in Downtown Baltimore will deliver July of 2021 and is expected to be a popular
address for students, faculty, and staff of the nearby University of Maryland, Baltimore medical campus
and graduate schools.
The project is one of the country’s first post COVID-19 engineered residential projects to deliver in the
coming academic year. It’s designed for environmental health and safety, featuring fresh air induction,
continuous air exchange, medical grade MERV 13 filtration, UV air treatment, and enhanced
antibacterial cleaning of common areas.
