This project was developed by Metropolitan and completed in 1986. Tysons International Plaza is an award-winning office project comprised of two, ten story towers strategically located in the heart of Tysons Corner, Virginia. The 414,000 square foot complex featured polished granite facades, distinctive pyramidal roofs, stately marble and granite lobbies, and underground parking for 1,400 vehicles. The “sawtooth” configuration of the floor plans allow for up to twelve corner offices per floor. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Tysons International Plaza received the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (N.A.I.O.P.) Best Building Award in 1987.

Tysons International Plaza was initially leased to such prestigious corporate tenants as AT&T, Cable & Wireless of North America, Capital Care, Prudential-Bache Securities and Pyramid Technology.
